Return/Exchange policy

Exchange/Return

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Return/exchange will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Returns

If your return request is approved, you may drop by our showroom or use a courier service with tracking to send the item back to our showroom. 

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then issue you store credits to offset your subsequent orders. Store credits never expire and can be used alongside any discount unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

If your exchange request is approved, you may drop by our showroom or use a courier service with tracking to send the item back to our showroom. 

Once your exchange item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your item. You may exchange to any other items:

For lower priced items, the excess amount paid will be kept as store credits. Store credits never expire and can be used alongside any discount unless otherwise stated.

For higher priced items, simply top up the balance due.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credits.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We only accept returns/exchanges with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
